The Trust for Public Land and Denver Urban Gardens, with support from the National Endowment for the Arts Art Works Grant, the Denver Foundation's Art Tank, the Gates Family Foundation, and individual supporters, commissioned Denver artist Robert Tully for a site-specific artwork in New Freedom Park, located at 8806 E 13th Ave. Denver Arts & Venues’ Public Art Program administered the artist selection process.
