Amends a contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. by adding $26,000,000 for a new contract total of $83,250,000 and two years for a new end date of 1-31-2027 to provide the planned program and critical project management professional services in support of the implementation, closeout and warranty of the National Western Center program in Council District 9 (201632012 / 202264449). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-3-2022. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-23-2022.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The original scope of work in the contract remains the same for program management, project management, subject matter expertise, staff augmentation, workforce and small business development, city staff training, and support of related campus services and planning.
This amendment provides critical program management services that are central to the successful delivery of the NWC Phases 1 and 2 capital build program. This proposed amendment provides the necessary continuity of management support services to NWCO. The contract scope of services remains the same, including program management, project management, subject matter expertise, staff augmentation, workforce and small business development, city staff training, and support of related campus services and planning.
