This resolution is a request to approve a 10-year license agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (d/b/a AT&T) to place, operate and maintain cellular equipment at 303 W Colfax Avenue. The license fee escalates by 3% annually, and does not include electricity, which shall be separately metered and paid by the Licensee.
The licensee grants the licensee one option to renew the lease for one additional ten-year term with 3% annual increases, starting at 3% greater than the rent in effect at the end of the term. The total contract amount of $1,458,525.24 includes this extension option.
