Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Vive Wellness will continue its youth programs including obtaining, assembling, and deliver healthy food Bags to youth that are food insecure in the neighborhoods Vive offers programs, providing snacks at after school programming and providing educational classes on cooking and growing food.   Food deliveries will be made in the following neighborhoods: Cole, Montbello, Swansea, Globeville, Park Hill, Green Valley Ranch, Swansea, Ruby Hills, and Westwood. The education and gardening will take place at gardens in Montbello, Globeville and Cole. Some The education will be done virtually or in the Vive Wellness office at 3532 Franklin Street, Denver CO 80205. Vive primarily serves Hispanic populations, specifically low-income youth. Vive primarily reaches the Latino Spanish speaking immigrant community. The average age of children under 18 is 8-10 years old.
