A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed third amendment to the sub-award intergovernmental agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Health and Hospital Authority, d/b/a Denver Health Medical Center, to implement the FEMA public assistance grant program for COVID-19 response.
Amends a sub-award agreement with Denver Health and Hospital Authority to add $6,279,895.12 for a new total of $25,321,060.50 to update the federal cost-share requirements and to continue allowed managements costs associated with implementing the FEMA public assistance grant program for Covid-19 response, citywide. No change to contract duration (FINAN-202054689/ FINAN- 202265467-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-19-2022. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-22-2022.
