A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Accela, Inc. to continue providing city agencies with the use and support of the Accela on-premise permitting software.
Amends a contract with Accela, Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue providing city agencies with the use and support of the Accela on-premise permitting software. No change to contract amount (TECHS-CE15003/ TECHS-202263758-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-2023.
