A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Brannan Construction Company to continue implementation of the wastewater infrastructure improvement program.
Amends a contract with Brannan Construction Company by adding 9 months for a new end date of 2-1-23 to continue implementation of the wastewater infrastructure improvement program while the procurement process for a new contract for this program occurs.
