A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 4885 and 4889 South Quebec Street, in Southmoor Park.
Approves an official map amendment to rezone property from B-4 with waivers, UO-1, UO-2, to C-MX-20 (business in the former zoning code to urban center, mixed-use), located at 4885 South Quebec Street and 4889 South Quebec Street in Council District 4. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-18-18. Community Planning and Development has determined that the requirement for a legal protest (signatures by owners of 20% or more, either of the area of the lots included in such proposed change or of the area to a distance of two hundred feet from the perimeter of the area proposed for change) has been met (petition signatures represent 0% and 20% respectively).
