A bill for an ordinance amending Article IV of Chapter 10 (Buildings and building regulations) of the Revised Municipal Code to add an exception to the Old City Hall view plane.
Amends Denver Revised Municipal Code Chapter 10, Article IV, to exempt land within any Downtown Central Platte Valley-Auraria Center zone district from the height limitation of the Old City Hall view plane of section 10-59.5, in Council District 3. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-11-2024.
