To request a budget appropriation of $441,200 for the Combined Housing First Continuum of Care project from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. CoC-funded projects are intended to provide rental assistance and support services for homeless persons with special needs. Denver Human Services (DHS) receives this grant on an annual basis.
