Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This agreement is to fund the Final Design, Right-of-Way Acquisition and Construction of Drainage and Flood Control Improvements along Sanderson Gulch, Lipan Street to the South Platte River.  This amendment adds an additional $1,650,000 in funds to the Sanderson Gulch Project for a total of $18,922,032.  The UDFCD will be contributing an additional $1,650,000 to the project for upfront construction activities and design for a total of $4,580,000.  The remaining funds will be used by CCD for construction.  The project will construct flood control improvements along Sanderson Gulch to ultimately remove 94 properties from the floodplain.  This amendment does not require any additional funds from CCD.
