Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Agreement to provide Construction Services for the Maintenance & Operations Facility Renovation Project (Project). The Project includes the construction management services for the renovation of approximately 60,000 ft2 of an existing facility located at 5125 Race Court and approximately 9-acres of maintenance and storage yards that will also serve as temporary Cattle Tie areas during the annual National Western Stock Show. The scope of construction management services include construction management, administration and control; claims mitigation, subcontractor management; safety management; field supervision. The facility and yard will provide the maintenance, operations, and yard storage for the entire National Western Center campus; including vehicle maintenance bays and trade shops.
