Title: A bill for an ordinance establishing a new fund in the General Government Special Revenue Fund Series for the "Human Rights and Community Partnerships Collaboration" program, rescinding budget, making an appropriation and a making a cash transfer from the Human Services Special Revenue Fund Series.
