This is an alley bounded by Speer Blvd., N. Ogden St., E. 3rd Ave., and N. Corona St. The alley was originally platted as a public alley by the Arlington Park Annex plat in 1909, then vacated by Ordinance 49 of 1919. The city reacquired the alley in 1927 for re-dedication but it was never formally dedicated.
