A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, for a cost-of-living adjustment for detention screening and pre-trial release services for youth in the 2nd Judicial District.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services by adding $33,612 for a new total of $1,633,190.17 for a cost-of-living adjustment for detention screening and pre-trial release services for youth in the 2nd Judicial District.
