A bill for an ordinance relinquishing the easements, in their entirety, established in the sewer easement recorded with Denver Clerk & Recorder at Book 1847, Page 320; the Deed of Easement, recorded with the Denver Clerk & Recorder at Book 6987, Page 583; and, the easement reserved in Ordinance No. 168, Series of 1968, recorded with the Denver Clerk & Recorder at Book 9885, Page 590 located at 2535 East 40th Avenue.
Relinquishes three separate easements in their entirety as follows: the sanitary sewer easement reserved in Book 1847 Page 320, the sewer easement in its entirety reserved in the Deed of Easement, Book 6987 Page 583, and the storm sewer easement reserved in Ordinance No. 168, Series of 1968, located at 2535 East 40th Avenue in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-11-21.
