A bill for an ordinance submitting to a vote of the qualified and registered electors of the City and County of Denver at the special municipal election on November 5, 2024, a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City and County of Denver to establish collective bargaining as the method for setting compensation and other terms and conditions of employment for certain city employees including employees of Denver Water and the Denver Library and allowing a qualified right to strike in the event of an impasse in bargaining negotiations.
